New reports suggest that market research has led producers on the upcoming 007 film to see Idris Elba as its leading man.

With Daniel Craig bowing out as lead after 'No Time To Die,' all eyes were on Idris Elba to finally throw on the tux once and for all. However, it's looking like he'll be settling for the role of villain now that reports are saying he's been offered a role in the next project. 

After years of high demand to see Idris Elba as the first Black James Bond, fans of the British actor get him trending on social media as 007 producer announced the search for Daniel Craig's replacement will begin in 2022.
