Black Twitter is mourning the possible end of the influential community they found on Twitter more than a decade ago, but users are split between finding a new app or staying put.

Shaun King deleted his Twitter account over the weekend and made his Instagram private—noting that he’s taking a social media break “for the rest of July.” 

Over the course of the past day, Black Twitter has once again boosted the culture with some of the most hilarious comments regarding the inauguration ceremonies for President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
