LeToya Luckett’s New Film ‘Down For Whatever’ Explores The Complexity Of Family
LeToya Luckett stars in TV One‘s first action-thriller original film, Down For Whatever. Her character is a successful doctor who doesn’t have a relationship with her biological family, but ends up meeting her biological sisters, who happen to be ruthless cop killers.
Luckett says this story will make people sit back and think ‘”wow I’ve been through something like that,” adding that the movie is, “definitely going to keep your attention.”
Down For Whatever premieres this Sunday July 22 on TV One at 8/7c.
Greenleaf, which also stars Luckett, returns with a two night premiere on August 28 and 29.
