Roland Martin talks to Bob Hall of Democracy North Carolina, to discuss the voting disparities against blacks in the state.
“Over half of the voters use early voting…they are so bent on hurting black people. At one time we had over 20 early voting sites in Charlotte, if you don’t have them, you’re going to jam up people on voting day,” Hall said.
