50 Cent Defends Trey Songz; Calls Domestic Allegation A ‘Money Play’

Since the incident of alleged domestic violence between singer Trey Songz and the Andrea Buera, rapper 50 Cent has defended him.
According to NME, Songz turned himself into police after being accused of attacking Buera at a party during NBA All Star Weekend.
Jumping onto Instagram, 50 Cent called the allegation a “money play”. On his account the rapper shared pictures of Buera next to the money bag emoji.

After turning himself in with his lawyer Shawn Holley on his side, Songz was released after paying $50,000.
The singer defended himself in a tweet before going to jail explaining his side despite what his lawyer’s instructions. Claiming that he was, “being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain.”
Before the arrest, Buera was given a restraining order against Songz. A suggestion made by her lawyer Lisa Bloom for fear of running into Songz while in L.A.
