Roland Martin talks to St. Louis Alderman Antonio French about the 29% of black voter turnout in Feguson, Missouri that elected three black officials to the city council.
“We let them know that this was a chance to change the face of Ferguson and you need voices on that board to see what we want to see. We now have three African Americans on a six person board,” French said.
