  • In a finding that some will call fair, some will call too little and other’s will swear is excessive, a judge in the case of Ludacris versus his newest child’s mother Tamika Fuller has sided with the child’s mother and according to Radar Online, Luda must not only pay her a lot of cash, he must also take care of her legal bills as well.

In court documents filed on March 20, Tamika Fuller was named guardian of their 4-month-old daughter, Cai Bella,

“For the purpose of representing the best interest of the child.”

As we previously reported, Luda was very unhappy about his good name being drug through the mud in the media because of statements that Fuller had allegedly been making about him publicly. He tried to have the judge quiet her down as a result but say no go…the judge wasn’t going for that either. Radar reports that because Ludacris’ motion to have Fuller found in contempt was denied, he was knocked an extra $2,000 in fees for that too.

    Said the judge,

“The Petitioner shall pay the Guardian ad Litem’s initial retainer of $7,500.00, to be replenished to the full amount when depleted to $1,500.00.
