No officers will be charged in the shooting death of Korryn Gaines that left her son Kodi wounded, NY Daily News reports.

Korryn was killed after a five hour stand off with police on August 1st, after she barricaded herself in her home pointing a shot gun at police. Korryn was allegedly wanted for unpaid traffic violations. The tragedy went viral after footage was released off the encounter that was captured via Facebook live.

J. Wyndal Gordon, a lawyer for the family, said the officers involved would not be facing any criminal charges.

“‘Basically, ‘We investigated ourselves, and we found that we didn’t do anything wrong,’” Gordon said. “That’s what I expect them to say.”

He is set to meet with Baltimore County State’s attorney Scott Shellenberg Wednesday to discuss the case. Shellenbergs office released a statement saying they will not comment on the details of the investigation until they speak with Gaines’ lawyer and the family.

Gordon is also representing Gaines in a $4 million dollar wrongful death lawsuit filed last week.
