“We don’t need to be contouring like the Kardashians!” is makeup maven Bobbi Brown’s message to the celebrities and others out there who feel they have to slim down that broad nose, draw in those eyebrows and  line those cheekbones to look more Anglo.

She says some of these folks actually look like clowns. Some celebs wear so much contouring makeup that it looks like they underwent extensive plastic surgery, she warns.

“When I see contouring on people’s faces, it looks like dirt,” Brown tells The NY Post. “As a beauty expert, I believe in individual beauty, and it’s just not my aesthetic.”

While the Kardashian/Jenner clan are the worst contouring abusers, Brown seems to take issue with African-American women who alter their natural features and use too much makeup in the process. She points to reality stars such as Cynthia Bailey and Marlo Hampton (pictured below) and advises them to embrace their African features rather than contouring to achieve more of an Anglo look.

And as the founder of the #1 makeup brand created by a woman, Brown wants to remind women that less is more.

“The contouring trend is so wrong because it tells women there’s something wrong with their face. There’s beauty in a full face, so I don’t like to paint in a cheekbone that doesn’t exist.”

Brown uses the Kardashians as an example of the absolute worst offenders of contouring.

“Sorry, Kylie, but “lip-plumping and fillers never work,” Brown says. “We’re not all born with Angelina Jolie lips … and whoever said small lips aren’t beautiful?”

For those aiming for juicier lips, Brown suggests lining them with a soft purplish pencil — like the Bobbi Brown lip liner in “Bobbi,” a shade she designed for herself — for a faint enhancement.
