HOLMDEL, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man has been arrested and charged with shooting two people outside a Big Sean and J. Cole concert.

State police announced the arrest of Quran Powell of Holmdel on Thursday.

The 27-year-old was charged with two counts of attempted homicide plus weapons offenses. It wasn’t immediately known if he had retained an attorney.

The shooting occurred Monday night outside the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel. Police say two men suffered multiple gunshot wounds and are listed in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.

State and county police searched Powell’s home Wednesday.

Powell was arrested in East Orange. He is being held at Monmouth County Jail in lieu of $750,000 bail.
