Flavor Flav‘s Chicken & Ribs is on its last leg.
Flav’s final open restaurant has been given an eviction notice according to TMZ because Flav failed to pay the rent on the property located in Sterling Heights, MI.
He is being asked to cough up $25,000 for rent, fees and damages for the Michigan location or it will be shut down by the landlord.
TMZ reports that the hip-hop legend was supposed to pay $3,500/month for rent but stopped flipping the bill back in November.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Flav’s chicken joints have failed. In 2011 one in Iowa closed down and another in Las Vegas closed down in 2012.
Flavor Flav’s camp has not commented on the story.
