TMZ is reporting that Randy Jackson will no longer sit on the “American Idol” judging panel following Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler's cue.
After serving 11 seasons on the show, sources claim that the lone remaining original judge will transition into a mentor role when the series returns in January.
A rep for FOX had no comment on the story.
TMZ is also reporting that the deal for Nicki Minaj to join the judges’ table is “99 percent done, but not a sure thing yet.”
