Ken Smukler of the "Trickery Report" lightened the mood before breaking down the dour voter identification laws in the United States, joking, "Do you want to know a Little black history fact about Janesville, Wisconsin. There is no black history in Janesville, Wisconsin," the hometown of VP candidate Paul Ryan.
Smukler wants you to know your voting rights and to call 1-866-My-VOTE-1 with any questions or concerns.
