The United States Government has launched a new program to provide people with an HIV prevention drug for free if they can’t afford it. People who need the drug must have a valid prescription, have proof that they’re HIV negative and lack prescription coverage. D.L. jokes that they really need you to prove that you’re “broke” before they help you.
