Nuekie is company that serves people of color in all their skin care needs. Recently they’ve announced the launch of a new branch called the Nuekie Skin of Color Directory.
Black News reports that Nuekie wants to give women of color access to the amazing skin care no matter where they are in America!
Created by Eunice Cofie-Obeng, a cosmetic chemist and esthetician, who noticed a gap in the market when women of color couldn’t find professionals in the skin care business to treat their skin.
Because women of color have a significant amount of melanin in their skin compared to that of Caucasian women, their skin requires more care.
Women of color have problems with acne and hyperpigmentation that requires extra TLC. This is where Nuekie’s directory comes in handy.
In an interview with Black News Cofie-Obeng explains, “As a woman of color, I fully understand the challenges that we face when it comes to getting professional skin care treatments for our skin.” She continues, “Delivering the best quality skin care to women of color has been a passion of mine for many years. This has been the driving force behind the creation of the directory, as I want everyone to have access to quality skin care.”
The directory will include a list of skin care professionals who actually know what they’re doing when it comes to treating women of color. By doing this, professionals can develop a relationship with their customers and advertise their own practice.
