Jacque Reid goes Inside Her Story with Timothy Tyson, the author of The Blood Of Emmett Till to talk about the confession that led to the death of a young Emmett.

“It seems to me that she was in poor health. She hadn’t said a word since 1955. She kind of muttered, “well everyone is dead anyway.” She seemed like she did want to get it off her chest. It’s been a hard book to write. It’s an important American story and I wanted to get the truth as best I could.”

My parents taught us that a white woman lied on an innocent young black man Emmett Tilll so this book is no surprise. The old bitch needs to be sued for wrongful death. I hope she sees his face every time she closes her eyes miserable lying piece of trash.
