“CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King will be at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. on Super Bowl Sunday.

King will handle the traditional interview of the president for CBS Sports’ pre-game show “The Super Bowl Today,” to be broadcast Sunday, Feb. 7 on CBS, the network announced this morning at the TCA Winter Press Tour.

This time, First Lady Michelle Obama will join her husband for the Q&A, live from the White House.

Below, King reveals what she’ll talk about with POTUS and FLOTUS:

 

“Gayle knows how to drive conversations that are compelling and multi-dimensional so we get an even better understanding of the President, the First Couple and their plans for the future,” said Chris Licht, Vice President of Programming, CBS News, and Executive Producer of CBS This Morning. “The interview will fit seamlessly into the midst of a Super Bowl Sunday.”

King’s interview will be featured as part of CBS Sports’ THE SUPER BOWL TODAY pre-game show leading up to the broadcast of SUPER BOWL 50 live from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
