Every day, a new story of the the police and their differing treatment of Black and white people. Case in point: The NYPD is searching for six protesters in involved in a violent fight with police on the Brooklyn Bridge. In one of the videos from what was otherwise a peaceful protest, a cop is punched in the face by a protester.

The police are asking the public for help in identifying the protestors from the bridge, all of whom appear to be white. However, some are suggesting on the clip (above) that the punch seen on video was staged or that the “protesters” involved in the fight were deliberately agitating police to create public enmity against the protestors and gain sympathy for the police.

NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton called the suspects “agitators and anarchists” and offered a $12,000 reward for their capture.
