Is Justin Bieber racist or not? By the looks of this newly released video, he appears to be.
Usher’s prodigy is witnessed on tape doing a racist version of his own song he made 5 years ago. Looking into the camera, a young Bieber sings, “There’ll be one less lonely n****.” The line comes from his song “One Less Lonely Girl,” but he decided in bad taste to replace “girl” with the N-word.
Justin Bieber and his team allegedly told TMZ they wanted the video to be released so he could own what he said.
Supposedly, Usher knew about the videos and showed him historically racist videos to prove how hurtful these words can be.
Although Bieber clearly didn’t care about his actions or words at the time, he’s claiming he wants to take full responsibility.
Bieber and his team say various people have tried to extort him over the last few years, demanding money for both this video and the other he previously apologized for.
“I’m very sorry,” Bieber said in response to the video of him telling a racist joke. “I take all my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable behavior.”
How many more racist tapes does Justin Bieber have in his closet that deserves his apology? Only time will tell.
