A Florida man was arrested after allegedly biting off a piece of his neighbor’s ear. Albert Felipe was charged with battery for acting belligerently toward his neighbor after patting him down looking for a cigarette, then bitting a portion of his ear off. The victim drove himself to a local hospital, where about one square inch of his ear was sewn back on.
