A study released by the journal of Crime and Delinquency shows that half of black men have been arrested by age 23, whereas only 38 percent of white men had been arrested by that age. By the age of 18, 30 percent of black males, 26 percent of Hispanic males, and 22 percent of white males have been arrested.
