The Spurs star point guard, Tony Parker, is suing the W.I.P nightclub where the Chris Brown and Drake brawl took place.
As previously reported, Parker was injured in the melee when a piece of glass hit his eye during the bottle throwing session.
Parker has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the owners yesterday, In the papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Parker holds the club responsible for the "corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries," claiming the club should not have allowed the feuding rappers to be in the nightclub at the same time.
The club has not released a statement regarding the issue.

why is he suing the night club and not the brawlers? They are responsible for his injury. The club let two men in that are over 21 so they are grown ass men acting like the fool. He need to sue them and I hope he win too, then maybe they will grow up.
My question for Tony…What did you do prevent the situation from getting out of control? Maybe you should use a little more discretion in the people you call friends and hang out with…did the light blub come on yet?
Oh Lord….I understand when little girls sue, but Tony Parker? Brother, you got money, let it go.
