According to USA Today’s For The Win, the former NBA all-star took to Twitter on Friday (July 24) to voice his support for Hogan and Trump.

Hogan has captured headlines after he was fired by WWE on Friday following the release of a transcript from a video that featured the pro wrestling icon repeatedly shouting the N-word.

In the first of two tweets, Rodman emphasized that a “racist bone” doesn’t exist in Hogan’s body.

The following are Rodman’s tweets supporting Hogan:

I’ve known @HulkHogan for 25 years. Here he is hanging with Kylin in NJ. There isn’t a racist bone in that mans body.

Rodman’s support of Hogan could be attributed to his brief stint as a pro wrestler. During his time in the wrestling ring, Rodman was a part of the New World Order (nWo), a pro wrestling stable who’s membership included Hogan, among others.

To further boost his efforts, Rodman tweeted a request for his former Chicago Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen as well as sports legends Shaquille O’Neal, Magic Johnson and Mike Tyson to join him in his support of Hogan.

Lets lend our support to the Hulkster @HulkHogan who most certainly is not a racist @Scottiepippen @MagicJohnson @Shaq @MikeTyson.
