Roland Martin talks to Georgetown University law professor Paul Butler about Attorney General Eric Holder’s last days in office and the cases of Trayvon Martin and Eric Garner.
“The bad news is that the Federal office is not going to bring forth charges against Officer Wilson. The good news is that they are trying to change the law,” Butler said. “He wants to make it easier for cops to be persecuted in federal court.”
