Black Florida Family Comes Home To KKK Flier On Doorstep

  • kkk-flierAn Orange, Fla., African-American family were shocked to find a KKK flier (pictured) on their doorstep this week, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

    On Monday, a Black family that lives in east Orange reportedly found a flier from the Fort Christmas Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, bemoaning Whites being outnumbered by minorities in 2042.

    A family member, who, along with the rest of the family, chose not to be identified, said the experience of receiving a KKK flier in 2013 was both unsettling and unbelievable:

    “My concern is this is 2013 and, as an African American, I cannot even fathom the KKK is just present…I thought we were over this.”

    That family member also said that the choice to put the flier on their doorstep was particularly alarming since they live about a mile from the entrance of their housing development, “You would have to know where you were going to find our house.”

    When the Fort Christmas Knights of the Ku Klux Klan were reached for comment, a representative by the name of Grand Dragon wrote:

    The flyers are strictly informational to the White Race and in no way are they left to threaten anyone. We will not apologize for expressing our White Separatist views.
