In an interview with Complex, actress Lauren London revealed that a sequel to the iconic movie ATL is in the works.

According to The Source, she explains that there’s a part two that depicts her characters life in a rising acting career. She played New New alongside rapper T.I. who played Rashad the man she’s romantically interested in. The film shines a light on the growing Hip Hop culture in the city of Atlanta.

Not much is known about the workings of the film, in fact, London herself doesn’t know much but for sure knows that work is being done.

She commented, “I know that they are working on it, and I know that this is something that they are trying to push forward.” She also said that T.I. would be the one with the most information on what’s going down with the film.

One thought on “Lauren London Spills The Tea On ‘ATL’ Sequel

  1. Good luck with your sequel, Lauren. You are blessed to be such a truly beautiful woman, and I hope your career goes well…..speaking of “spilling the Tea”…….Marijuana should have NEVER been made illegal in the first place. Compared to alcohol, it is far less dangerous to “innocent bystanders.” When pot was popular mainly with Hispanics and blacks, making it illegal was a way for ruling-class white racists in government to control people of color by arresting them for drug use. And Big Pharma does not like competition from cheap, natural drugs which can be grown at home or sold at low cost. Politicians who still want marijuana to be illegal are either getting paid off by Big Pharma, or are living in their memories of 60 years ago when “Reefer Madness” propaganda made white folks scared of Mary Jane, as they were scared of Elvis and his “black music”…..So all you cocktail-sipping politicians on Capitol Hill, wake up and smell the coffee. It’s a New Century in America!
