UPDATE:

There will not be a criminal investigation opened on R. Kelly.

FOX 5 reports:

After a call for a criminal investigation of R. Kelly by the Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, the Fulton County District Attorney said Friday afternoon that there will not be a criminal investigation at this time.

Commission Chairman John Eaves requested a criminal investigation after R. Kelly was recently accused of sexually exploiting and holding young girls against their will.

  1. Hugh Hefner…adored and celebrated.
    R. Kelly… sex addict, needs coinciling…everyone has a comment. I don’t agree with what he’s doing, but these double standards have got to stop.

Like it or not, these girl are over 18 years olds. Do not get me wrong, I think R Kelly is a sex addict but are we really upset over these girls because it is R Kelly or the situation. Many people choose these freaky lifestyle regardless if we agree with it or not. I am still wondering why R Kelly is not holding a press conference unless there is some truth to this. Most celebs when falsely accused will be on radios and tv holding conferences especially when they are losing ticket sales unless there is some truth to it.

  3. I have a very close personal friend who as a teenager was almost recruited into Reverend Jim Jones “People’s Temple” cult. The Reverend’s recruiters were going around the USA looking for attractive, young, talented (or would-be talented) girls to join his church, with promises of help getting their careers going. It is hard to tell sometimes what people’s true intentions are, and although we should not live in constant fear and suspicion, it is wise to be careful about whom you trust and whom you allow to control your life. Jonestown didn’t turn out so well.

This is tough, on one hand, they are of consent age, and no it doesn’t make them full fledge mindful thinking adults, but they are not protected by “minor” laws. And on the other hand, they are not mindful thinking adults, they are still easily manipulated and moldable and really don’t know how when they are in danger. They think their oppressor is good to them, there’s a name for that, something syndrome, but it slips my mind. But we as the public really don’t know what’s actually going on, because of his predatory past, we believe the headlines. If it’s not true, Robert should have a new artist on the radio soon.

  5. Women over the age of 18 have a right to live how ever they choose. If they want to live the life of a submissive subservient groupie, it’s their business. Imagine what their home lives were like if they prefer to live in R. Kelly’s harem.

Just turned on my computer and saw that I left a comment that I didn’t post. Please people be a little more creative when choosing your names. This could cause confusion when you use someone else’s name. Thanks!

  7. That is what’s wrong with “MOST” of female minority population now always willing to accept low grade THUGS who don’t deserve any type of support or encouragement for actions like R. Kelly’s but OOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHH!! He is what is sexy, and attractive, and treats me just how I want to be treated…LIKE A SEX SLAVE!! An HOW IN THE HELL does it have anything to do with COLOR OR RACE??? Support a decent, respectable, standup, GOD fearing, honest, NON- CRIMINAL, woman praising, African Queen loving, intelligent, man of color (BLACK MAN), and NOT one that has a LONG history of demoralizing and degrading woman. Like Kaepernick, someone who is taking a stand against INJUSTICE to the (BLACK) men of our country and NOT talking about “Leave our black men alone”! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Tell that freak and sexual predator to LEAVE OUR DAUGTHERS, GIRLS, AND YOUNG WOMAN THE HELL ALONE!!! totally crazy how the victims are being overlooked for the star studded FREAK….SMDH!!!

    • Something is wrong with you also if you know “MOST” minority female population. How did you get to know them…did you travel all over to meet them or did you have them to come to you.

If the young women’s parents are asking questions and hiring attorneys to look into the situation atleast in ATL, then it should be looked into. It just seems peculiar that they would live in his homes rather than live on their own. If I had a daughter, it would be no holds barred in getting her out of there living with a known freakazoid!!
