NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Jurors in Bill Cosby’s sexual assault trial have told a judge they’re deadlocked on charges the comedian drugged and molested a woman in 2004.

The panel deliberated about 30 hours over four days before telling Judge Steven O’Neill on Thursday they couldn’t reach a unanimous verdict on any of the charges.

O’Neill sent them back to the jury room to keep talking.

Cosby is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault.

His lawyer says Cosby and Andrea Constand were lovers sharing a consensual sexual encounter at his suburban Philadelphia home. Constand says Cosby gave her pills that made her woozy, then violated her.

Dozens of women have come forward to say he had drugged and assaulted them. This was the only case to result in criminal charges against Cosby.

  1. The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that no person “shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.”

Former District Attorney Bruce Castor stating that the State of Pennsylvania would not criminally prosecute precluded Bill Cosby from exercising his Fifth Amendment right, forcing him to testify. Now Current District Attorney Kevin Steele is using Cosby’s testimony to prosecute him. A guest-lawyer speaking with Michael Smerconish on SiriusXM POTUS said that this was a violation of Cosby’s Fifth Amendment right.

Judge Steven O’Neil is not above the Bill of Rights. Why is there little mention in the media about this Constitutional transgression?

  2. SN: I sure hope Constrand looked like a lady during that time period, because I don’t mean any harm, but she looks like she’s in transition to be an “I don’t know what”. If petey and larry procreated she is what IT would look like LOL!

I agree Tommie, if I felt like you violated me, even if I didn’t go to the cops, I would have NOTHING to do with you again, you can’t be trusted and you don’t deserve my friendship.

  3. Good-the jury seems to be stuck on some key testimony of the alleged “victim.”

However, if the jury remains dead-locked and unable to reach a decision-the judge can declare a

I will keep my fingers crossed for Mr. Cosby!!!!!!!

I’m glad that they are at least thinking it through and not just going on personal feelings, they appear to be hung up on the facts (all circumstantial at this point he say/she say) presented and not letting their biases get in the way, HOPEFULLY.
