Gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross has released a new memoir that details her experiences on the track and off.

The biggest headline coming out of Chasing Grace: What the Quarter Mile Has Taught Me About God and Life is her decision to have an abortion right before the 2008 Olympics.

She reveals that it was a difficult decision for her and her then fiancé, (now husband) NFL player Aaron Ross to make. Hear more about this in the interview below.

Created by the East German s. I feel sad knowing that this is tolerated. She had her 15 minutes of fame. She wants another 15 minutes!

Why now do we demand silence on this issue when almost 60 million lives have been snuffed out and is allowed by a country that claims to care about just about all human rights EXCEPT for the rights of the most vulnerable tiny ones?!!

Perhaps, this was “cleansing” for her in her spiritual walk with God and only he has the power to forgive!! But at the end of the day, she is a BABY KILLER for her own selfish reasons and there is no getting around that!!

My research reveals that about a quarter of black babies are aborted each year and that many of the abortion giant, Planned Parenthood’s “family health centers” are located in urban areas.

We never talk about this topic on a wide scale in the black community but we should since we claim to be so “Christian” yet we continue to vote and support politicians like former President Obama who advocated for abortion almost up to the birth of the child and other demonstratively anti-Christian things that have done nothing but set an immoral tone for this nation and have given people a license to mock God and justify their sinful ways!!

America is in deep trouble and unless we abandon our Godless ways, the future for this country is dire because there is no longer right or wrong, black or white but a shades of “anything goes as long as it feels good and no one can judge me” color scheme that will be having all of us seeing red as God tosses us into a hellacious earthly pit!!!

She can try to spin this very sad event into some kind of “public service” for young women all she wants. At the end of the day, she ended a child’s life. I listened to the interview. She tells Tom that her current pregnancy is her first… wrong! She says that she has found peace with her decision, and perhaps that is true. God’s grace covers all. However, I’m betting that when she holds that baby in her arms 2 months from now; she will have a true appreciation for what she has done. Their first child would have been 8 or 9 years old by now. I hope the gold medal was worth it.

Is this personal, yes. But maybe she shared it to show people how much people, especially women, have to sacrifice for their career. It will let people now, with that decision, they are not alone. For you women rights extraveneer, these are sacrifices women do all the time.

She killed a baby for her career. Okay. Maybe she was on birth control, and it didn’t work. I don’t know, but I sure as he!! would not have told anyone. There are just some things that should only be between you and God.

I agree, that’s a very private & personal decision, right or wrong she should have kept that info to herself.

TMI…!!! Some people need to know when to shut the hell up. Why would you make that public. You aborted a child for your career, that makes you look bad, selfish and money hungry. The things people reveal just to sell a book.,,,SMH.
