Drake lost his cool on Sunday when he found out country star Shania Twain showed up to see him perform at his Tennessee stop.
“I just want to say that, like, Shania Twain came to my show tonight, you know what I’m saying Nashville?” he told the concertgoers, according to the Tennessean). “So this next set, right here, I’m doing this for Shania. This is my love set for Shania, right here.”
Drizzy told the crowd that he “grew up a fan” of the country singer.
Twain found her way backstage and the two posed for a pic together. He captioned it: “My WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) even though it’s Monday. Shania.”
Twain wasn’t the only celeb popping up at a Drake show over this weekend.
On Saturday in Columbus, Ohio, LeBron James joined him onstage to help him perform “Pop Style.”
“Now we gotta do it for old time’s sake,” Drake exclaimed as James stepped out. “Ohio, make some noise for LeBron James here tonight.”
“Yo, one time, Columbus Ohio, give it up for Drizzy motherf**king Drake,” the NBA star yelled to the crowd. “And one more time for my brother Future who killed this sh** tonight.”
Drake added, “One more time, for the man who came back home and brought a motherf**king championship instead of doing anything different. Make some noise for The King, LeBron James, is here tonight, boy. It’s love, man. That’s a hometown hero right there.”
