Rapper Wiz Khalifa was arrested at LAX over the weekend. His crime? Riding a hoverboard through the airport.

Khalifa shared the following tweets last night:

The cops accused him of “resisting” to which Khalifa (Real name – Cameron Jibril Thomaz), is not shown to be resisting at all. Khalifa reportedly told the cops the following:

“This? I didn’t do nothing, anyway. What you want to do? Put me in jail because I didn’t listen to what you say? We can have all the conversations you want to, you can end up on TMZ, destined to become as famous as you wanna be.”

As it’s been said a million and one times, police are so quick to use force in an unnecessary manner. And clearly it doesn’t matter who you are, as long as you’re Black. And if you’re a Black man, the quicker the rush to force will be.

  1. So the ninjas of the race do dumb shhh & refuse to follow simple rules, then they claim racism & police brutality when they’re put in line. Hmmmm…. Note to the ignorant ones: stay in your hoods and leave the movement to the real black folks who are actually discriminated against. Your lousy input only waters things down and makes it hard for the rest of us. You can thank us later for getting things done correctly

Maybe you needed your name relevant again – such a risk especially being Black and doing something other than “walking” – cause they will shoot you if you run too or have your back turned!

Skateboarding and roller skating are not allowed in Airports either, so what is the difference. If he hurt someone while on this hover-board, he would be sued. YOU CAN’T do what you want to do, anytime you want to especially where it affects others. Just stop the non-sense, ride your hover-board where it’s safe to do so.
