In case you missed it, Beyonce Knowles shared her secret for keeping a flawless body with Good Morning America on Monday morning — a vegan diet.

While fans were expecting a new album, single, or even a baby announcement, the infamous BeyHive showed their disappointment about the huge reveal via the internet. But news of Beyonce’s meatless food fare isn’t really news at all; Bey talked about her vegan life and 22 Days’ meal delivery service back in February.

Regardless, fans were vocal about the singer’s food choices – whether they supported her…or not.

Her fans and possible haters didn’t stop there. They also flooded her Instagram comments with meat emojis like chicken wings, burgers, and fries.

Regardless, Queen Bey talked about her program and how it helps her stay on the right track.

“I’m not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves,” Bey reminded us in her exclusive GMA clip. “I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works and keeps the weight off has been difficult for me.”

In addition to her body staying at its best, she says her attitude and skin have followed suit, making her the flawless diva we all love.

I personally prefer the e-factor diet and its not just because of how easy it is. I have a hard time fitting in exercise into my schedule so naturally changing how I eat seemed like a way better solution to meet my weight loss goals. I’ve now lost 3 inches off my waist and two off of my thighs, all with very little exercise and within just a month! Who knew that you could actually control your metabolism rate through something as simple as eating the right foods in the right combinations. Here’s a detailed review about just what exactly is involved here: if anyone is interested
