Be careful when using a comb. If you have natural hair try combing hair when it’s wet or moist, and try and commit to air drying hair. This will cut back on any additional tension and hair loss you may potentially cause.

5. Diet

Keeping a balanced diet is extremely important. If your insides are nourished properly your hair will be strong. Be sure to include milk, fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, lentils, grains, dried fruits and other such healthy options in your daily diet.

6. Stress Free

Do things that make you worry free. The less stressed you are, the happier you and your baby will be as it is growing inside of you. You will also feel more relaxed and less triggers will be sent to your brain that can create hair loss. Try things like warm baths, walks and yoga!
