A single 250 ml serving of fruit juice contains seven teaspoons of sugar. The World Health Organization suggests no more than six teaspoons per DAY.

This was only a small study, so more research is necessary to see if juice was a direct cause of the elevated blood pressure. In the meantime, you should still get your fruit in daily, but instead of drinking your orange juice reach for an orange instead.
