Green Tea Berry Smoothie with Broccoli Sprouts

1. Mix one banana and cup of brewed green tea in a blender.

2. Add broccoli sprouts (about 2 small scoops or 150 mg) and blueberries. Blend again until smooth.

3. Enjoy!
