After Virginia lawmakers failed to get their “crimes against nature” law passed are now targeting teens.  The initial bill which made it a felony for any adult person to carnally know “any male or female person by the rear or by or with the mouth;” was struck down as a violation of the 14th amendment.  Lawmakers revised the bill to pertain to teenagers as an attempt to get around the due process problems.
