  1. I have a friend who has worked with a company in Boca Raton, Florida, called Chartwell Food Services for over 10 years. This male person has worked with this company as a cook, and has received no blemishes on their record, but has be praised for their outstanding work with the company. However, this male friend of mine, will not be considered for a promotion, regardless of his best efforts in asking. It as be suggested that the reason why he has not been considered for the better positions, because one corporate does not believe a black person is suitable for those types of positions. More will be revealed. I will keep you posted on this one.
