Rapper/actor Ice-T, has just taken a serious hit on the sale of his Sunny Isles Beach condo.

Like a lot of property owners in South Florida, rapper/actor Ice-T took a big hit when he unloaded his Sunny Isles Beach condo according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.

Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Marrow and stars on “Law & Order: SVU,” sold his 26th floor, three-bedroom unit last month for $1.29 million.

You might say, what’s the problem? $1.29 million!? Well, thing is the couple still took a huge loss on the original deal.

Ice-T and wife Coco bought the 2,000-square-foot modern designed house, with amenities that include a sauna and a steam room, for $1.53 million in 2007.

Well, at least, according to county papers, he had enough left to pay off his $1.2 million-mortgage but he lost nearly a quarter of a million dollars.

Has he been in the studio receintly? I hope other rappers see that lack of longevity in the music industry, you are only as relevant as your most recent hit! Take a few notes from Will Smith, Ice-T and Ice- Cube if one exists or make good investments. In this investment they lost $240,000 but they lived in the house for 5 years so there wasn’t much loss like we “commoners” experience they just didn’t make out like bandits like Brad Pitt but we/he never will. They won’t offer you that deal, they keep it among themselves, you haven’t figured that out yet. Real estate is political as well. They the buyer and agent will string you along till you have to accept financially and then they win but the seller doesn’t. You don’t know, better go ask somebody. I am a licensed realtor and that they don’t tell you in school! OBAMA 2012
