TMZ is reporting that Usher Raymond was held in contempt of court after cancelling ex-wife Tameka Foster's Saks Fifth Avenue credit card last year.

Foster cited the cancelled card as one of her grievances in the custody case, along with an overdue nanny fee,

She says she uses the card for work. She currently works as a celebrity stylist.

A judge ordered Raymond to re-open the card and pay the $1300 dollar nanny fee,

The custody agreement has not been hashed out yet, but it appears to be falling in Foster's favor.

For him to be held in “contempt,” he had to have been ordered by the court–via the divorce decree–to be responsible for payment on the card.
