Actor Victor Williams, best known for his role on the CBS sitcom “The King Of Queens,” has been hit with a new lawsuit after allegedly failing to pay child support.

The TV star is accused of shirking his duty to help cover food, clothing and childcare for his two-year-old daughter with ex-girlfriend, actress Karen Pittman, reports the New York Post.

According to the suit, filed by Pittman in New York’s Brooklyn Supreme Court, the 41-year-old has not sent her a payment since January.

I don’t know who she is but if you haven’t got one since January you probably not going to get many more without spending money to hunt a negro down, money you don’t have. It is terribly how men can run and shirk their responsibility and women are left filling the bill! I wish the government would go after my child support like they go after theirs, when they support the kids on welfare but won’t use their resources to get mine. When you need child support you don’t have money to get a lawyers retainer and then what? Good luck, word to the wise. Women, why have a baby by a man that won’t marry you? Children are a lifetime commmitment and that baby daddy whether you know it or is one too. OBAMA 2012

I saw him on the new TV show that come on CBS Saturday nights called NYC22, he was playing the roll of the police captain. Maybe now he can make some payments since he is back working. You never know what someone’s situation may be. It’s not like she called him a deadbeat and we know that there are some really famous deadbeats out there. Best of luck to everyone involved in this situation, especially the child.
