WASHINGTON (AP) — Justin Wilson had four touchdown catches and 217 yards receiving to lead Delaware State to a 59-35 win over Howard on Saturday.

The Hornets (3-8, 2-6 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) trailed 16-12 before scoring 24 straight points, including back-to-back touchdown catches by Wilson.

The Bison (1-10, 0-8) took a 9-0 lead in the first quarter, before an 86-yard kickoff return by Delaware State’s Larrone Moore. After a 34-yard touchdown pass from Anthony Glaud to Wilson, Howard pulled back on top on a 5-yard TD run by Randy Liggins.

The Hornets then went on their big run, starting with 24-yard and 26-yard touchdown connections by Glaud and Wilson.

Glaud finished with 351 yards and four touchdowns on 10-for-31 passing.

Howard, which lost its sixth straight, was led by Randy Liggins, who was 13 of 28 for 240 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions.
