The show must go on for Toni Braxton.

The singer, who was hospitalized twice this month due to her autoimmune disease lupus, took the stage Saturday night in Savannah with a heart monitor strapped to her chest.

Braxton, who turned 49 on October 7, is in the midst of her latest trek, “The Hits Tour.” According to TMZ, doctors urged her to wear the monitor 24/7 to detect chest pain, as well as oncoming heart attacks or strokes.

Toni’s boyfriend Birdman, who has reportedly been by her side through these latest flareups, was also in attendance at Saturday night’s concert in Georgia, according to TMZ.

The singer checked into an Atlanta hospital late last month and then transferred to a Los Angeles facility before hitting the road for “The Hits” tour, but she was forced to postpone a concert in Cleveland in mid-October after she was hospitalized once again, this time in the Ohio city.

“Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour,” Braxton’s team announced in a statement following the second hospitalization.
