Anthony Hamilton’s back-up vocal group, The Hamiltones, have gifted the Internet with a rendition of the most quotable lines from Birdman’s recent interview on “The Breakfast Club”. Singing from a tour bus, the trio harmonizes the memorable parts of the rant, including “is we finished, or is we done.” Watch it above.

Birdman made an abrupt exit during his interview with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club last Friday. The music mogul was all up in his feelings because the radio show’s three hosts—Angela Yee, DJ Envy and Charlamagne – have tarnished his name. He paid them a hostile visit to demand some well deserved “respeck.”

Well, The Hamiltones sympathize with Birdman’s sentiments, singing in the clip below: “When you say my name put some respeck on it,” they sing while on a rolling tour bus. “All tree of ya’ll put some respeck on it. I could of pulled up but that ain’t gangsta,” they continued.

While the meme community enjoyed Birdman’s emotional interview, Birdman himself is attempting to capitalize on the hilarity, releasing a series of merchandise revolving around his quotable words. T-shirts and hoodies are available for purchase at a website called cashmoney.merchdirect.com.

Birdman has also announced the release dates of three upcoming projects: a collaborative project with Jacquees will arrive on May 7, his solo album Ms. Gladys is due on June 24, and the Rich Gang project is coming out on July 1.

The Hamiltones (that’s 2E, J. Vito, and Tony Lelo, from left to right) can pretty much take on any song and turn it into soulful sonic magic. They remix popular melodies into the types of songs you’d expect to hear in church. The Hamiltones last made waves for covering Drake’s “Hotline Bling.”
