Roland Martin talks to WBEZ’s Kathy Chaney about voting on the local level, especially in cities like Chicago where only 150,000 people voted in the primary election.
On how Mayor Emmanuel and Chuy Garcia fared in a recent debate:
“Mayor Emmanuel won a little bit of black votes in that debate. Garcia was kind of vague. People in Chicago want red light cameras removed,” Cheney said.
