Power couple Beyonce and Jay Z, and producer Timbaland allegedly ripped off a Hungarian singer Monika Miczura‘s song and sampled it in “Drunk in Love” without her permission, according to TMZ.

The song in question is Miczura’s 1995 Roma folk song, “Bajba, Bajba Pelem,” which she claimed was used for the first 13 seconds of “Drunk in Love.”

She claimed she never gave anyone permission to not only use her voice from her song, but auto-tune it for the “Drunk in Love” intro, and now she’s suing the hit-making threesome.

She said she was singing about hopelessness and Beyonce used a sample from her song “to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics.”

Her lawsuit is asking for damages. She wants the judge to ban use of the song as long as her voice is featured on the Billboard Hot 100 top-five hit.
