  • Uh oh! Pop music’s bad girl seems to be in some trouble.

Artist James Clar is reportedly suing Rihanna for plagiarism and copying his work with her 2010 music video, “Rockstar 101.”

Clar’s 2006 piece “You & Me” is made up of neon tubes glued to a ceiling that spell “you” and below it, there are tubes that say “me.”

And Rihanna stole that same concept for her “Rockstar 101″ video.

Clar is suing Rihanna in France where “French laws on plagiarism are more favorable in France than in the US.” So RiRi might be in some deep trouble.

Clar wants 4.9 million euros in damages, which is the equivalent of $6.64 million.
