Congratulations to the Miami Heat. Miami closed out the MBA finals with the win last night in Game 7 to snatch the championship away from the San Antonio Spurs. And, of course, the MVP was LeBron James. But a close second in the MVP voting was LeBron’s headband. But it was a team effort. Dwayne Wade was inconsistently amazing, and Chris Bosh was swishing and grabbing balls on the down low. And I also want to congratulate our very own fly jock Tom Joyner on being named MVB, Most Valuable Bandwagon.
Meanwhile in Michigan Flava Flav’s Fried Chicken has been evicted. You heard me. An entire fried chicken joint has been put out on the street. See, the chicken managers were beefing and acting fishy, so the landlords went ham. The police came and put the employees out. They kicked the customers out. They put the tables and chairs on the curb. The grease was dumped out. The hot sauce was poured down the sewer. The potato salad was thrown into a burning dumpster and all the chickens were marched out back and shot.
