Speaking to PEOPLE about his approach to fashion, he emphasized his desire to live his best life through his attire. Collaborating with stylists Wayman and Micah, Colman described his looks as “effortlessly luxurious”—a perfect blend of fun and intention. In a February 2025 interview, he shared, “We figured it out—what I love and what I feel comfortable in.” He explained that his style is fluid, always telling a story that reflects a moment, a film, or even his current mindset. “If my body’s changing, if I want to feel… usually the term is effortlessly luxurious.” And because confidence is everything, he added, “I want to look like I’m having a good time. I don’t just want to be at the party—I am the party.” Of course, Colman knows when to dial it back, too (if we can even call it that). He told PEOPLE, “Sometimes I don’t mind receding into a more monochromatic look that just makes me feel elegant and lets it be about the words I’m speaking rather than the clothes.” His BAFTA moment perfectly showcased that balance of sophistication and personality.
