Tiger Woods’ Ex Claims She’s Being Threatened Over An NDA

Tiger Woods attempts at dodging another lawsuit seems to be falling apart thanks to his ex-girlfriend.
TMZ reports, Woods wrote a check for a large sum of money to his ex-girlfriend Kristen Smith in hopes she’s say nothing about their break up. However, something’s changed because Smith doesn’t want the deal and it looks like bad legal struggles are ahead for both parties.
Woods and Smith, who dated from 2015 to 2017, are in arbitration over a non-disclosure agreement.
Smith believes Woods cheated on her in 2017 which prompted their break up. To keep the story away from the media, Woods paid Smith hush money for signing a non-disclosure agreement.
Now, Smith is trying to overturn the agreement saying that it can’t be enforced. Smith says Woods threatened to leak embarrassing photos of her if she didn’t adhere to the agreement.
TMZ contacted Woods camp for a comment and has received nothing.
