Juelz Santana Up Against Federal Prosecution In Guns & Drugs Case

Rapper Juelz Santana has had a rough 2018 and it looks like it’s about to get worse.

Hot New Hip Hop reports that after getting his court case of drug and gun charges dismissed by the state of New Jersey. Only because he was facing an April 9 court appearance.

However, the possibility of Federal Authorities picking up the case was not very likely until they decided to move forward with it at the Supreme Court.

Usually, something like this wouldn’t go through, however with the new Attoreny General Jeff Sessions who made it his mission to hand out the, “toughest possible charges and sentences against crime suspects.”

Santana will stay behind bars until his hearing on the 9.
